Imitation is a Sign
The image below looks very familiar. It is a screen grab taken on January 24, 2006 from the homepage of http://weddingsalacarte.com. It looks familiar because it is the design from my site—the site you are reading right now—copied to another website, with some text changed (much not) and a new menu inserted at the top.
As of Wednesday, January 26, 2006 the rip was taken down.
I’ll take this imitation as a compliment. Maybe I’ll even reconsider going into graphic design because of it. Thanks to Allstar, who found this site by means I'm not too clear on; I think he was actually searching for "copyright infringement".

I found it through this site: http://www.copyscape.com/
Two things I love about this rip-off:
1. He changed the copyright information.
2. Some of your content (del.icio.us links, quote of the day) were still active

This is exactly why I prefer flash to text coded pages. At least it takes some effort to copy your work.
